How long does shipping take ?
All orders will be shipped the same day we receive them.
Orders on weekends are shipped the next businessday.
If there are any problems concerning your order, we will contact you per email.
Express Mail:
Orders with regular express mail can take anywhere from 3-6 days after they are
shipped.
Please consider that we have no influence on postal delays.
Customers who selected the USD$ 3.95 / CAD$ 4.71 / AUD$ 5.21 "regular express" as their shipping method will not receive a tracking number. Therefore, please do not request a tracking number for this method of shipping, thank you.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by the postal service. Occasionally, orders shipped via regular express can take up to a week. We ask that you please not contact us about non-receipt of your order until 8 business days have passed. We appreciate your patience.
UPS:
UPS Express orders usually arrive the next business day after they are shipped, but depending on your location, it could take 2-3 days.
UPS orders can only be shipped from Monday to Friday.
Please consider that UPS doesn't deliver on Saturday and Sunday.
Customers who selected UPS as their shipping method will receive a tracking no. via email once their order has been processed.
How much does shipping cost ?
STANDARD EXPRESS SHIPPING:
Our standard shipping/handling charge is USD$ 3.95 / CAD$ 4.71 / AUD$ 5.21,
which includes regular express (worldwide priority) shipping.
Please consider that we don't have any influence on delays ocurring within the postal system.
UPS EXPRESS SHIPPING:
We charge USD$ 16.95 / CAD$ 20.22 / AUD$ 36.87 for UPS Express shipping.
