Product Description:
If you can't boot games or DVDs anymore on your V9/V10 PS2, your LA6508 laser motor driver IC might be damaged. In this case, installing the PRO-6508 board will fix your PS2.

STATUS: The CD tray works fine and you can see the browser image when you power up your V9/V10 PS2 with no disc in the tray, but your PS2 doesn't seem to read any game or DVD.

If you have an identical problem with your PS2 as described above, then installing the PRO-6508 board will rectify this fault with your V9/V10 PS2.
