• You can order products displayed on this website on-line or by faxing or posting to us a completed copy of the MOD-CHIP.com order form.
• If you have placed your order on-line, we will send you an e-mail as soon as possible to confirm that we have received your order.

• Our prices and shipping prices are shown on our website.
• We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate.

Payment

• You can pay by Visa or MasterCard credit card. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted to minimize the possibility of someone being able to read your details as they are sent to us over the Internet.
• You may also pay by cheque or postal order if you wish.
• We currently debit money from your account within one working day after we have received your order.

Delivery

• We deliver goods to every country on this planet.
• We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time which we quote for that item, please contact us by email. We will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible.
• You are given the correct instruction on the order page to choose the correct shipping method.
• Your product will be shipped the same day you place your order! (Mon-Fri)

Returns

• We are confident that you will be delighted with your product and our service but if you find it necessary to return an item, we have an efficient process to expedite your return request. Please read our return terms and conditions below:
• You can return any product within 30 days of the invoice purchase date; we do not accept any returns after 30 days - no exceptions.
  Any product returned must be in resalable condition. Products returned to us in not resalable condition will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
• You are responsible for all shipping costs for returned items to us - no exceptions.
• All returned products within the allowed 30 day period due to purchaser error or those deemed by us not to be damaged due to installer negligence are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee; we do not credit any shipping and handling costs. You will be given a choice between store credit or product exchange for all non-defective returned merchandise; we reserve the right to determine whether or not a product is defective. This applies to all sales without exception.
• A RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required; you can request a RMA at return@mod-chip.com
  

Pre-Orders

• If you order a product which is on Pre-Order status we will charge your card immediately. Your product will ship as soon as the item is in stock.
  If you can not agree to that please do not order a product which is on Pre-Order status.
  
  If you cancel a Pre-Order we will charge a USD$ 2.00 / CAD$ 2.33 / AUD$ 2.67 cancellation fee.

Cancellation of orders

• There will be a USD$ 2.00 / CAD$ 2.33 / AUD$ 2.67 cancellation fee if you choose to cancel any credit card order - no exceptions (this also applies to pre-orders). There are no cancellation fee's for all other payment methods (i.e. money order, western union...etc.).

• We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorized access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control.
• We will not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong.

• Customers who selected UPS Express as their shipping method will receive a tracking no. via email once their order has been processed.
• Customers who selected the USD$ 4.95 / CAD$ 5.90 / AUD$ 6.53 "regular express" as their shipping method will not receive a tracking number. Therefore, please do not request a tracking number for this method of shipping, thank you.
• Orders with regular express mail can take anywhere from 3-6 days after they are shipped. UPS Express orders usually arrive the next business day after they are shipped, but depending on your location, it could take 2-3 days.
• We are not responsible for any delays caused by the postal service. Occasionally, orders shipped via regular express can take up to a week. We ask that you please not contact us about non-receipt of your order until 8 business days have passed. We appreciate your patience.
