How long does shipping take?

All orders $45.00 or higher receive FREE Global DHL delivery! For orders under $45.00 shipping cost $9.50 and are posted via Global DHL. (Monday-Friday)

We also offer faster shipping options. FedEx Express shipping cost $29.99.
All orders $ 49.99 or higher receive a 50% Express shipping discount. (Monday-Friday)

Customers who selected FedEx Express as their shipping method will receive a tracking no. via email once their order has been processed.

Customers who selected the "regular express" as their shipping method will not receive a tracking number. Therefore, please do not request a tracking number for this method of shipping, thank you.

Orders with regular express mail can take anywhere from 5-10 business days after they are shipped. FedEx Express orders usually arrive the next business day after they are shipped, but depending on your location, it could take 1-3 days.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the postal service. Occasionally, orders shipped via regular express can take up to a week. We ask that you please not contact us about non-receipt of your order until 15 business days have passed. We appreciate your patience.

For your own safety, we have integrated professional payment providers in our system.

Will my Personal Information be disclosed to any other parties?

No personal information will be sold or made available to any other person or party outside of the MOD-CHIP.com Sales Departement. None of your personal information will be shared with any other person or party other than the MOD-CHIP.com team.

Do you ship to APO adresses?

Yes, we do, but only on DHL orders.

Do you accept payments via Amercian Express (AMEX) and Discover Credit Cards?

Yes you can pay with AMEX or Discover using our PayPal payment option.

Why is it not possible to combine pre-order products with products we have on stock within a single order?

Due to our current order processing system it is not possible to combine out of stock orders with any items currently on stock. This also allows us to insure that all items on stock are posted ASAP and are not held back from shipment due to any pre-orders.
