How long does shipping take?

All orders will be shipped the same day we receive them. Orders on weekends are shipped the next businessday. If there are any problems concerning your order, we will contact you per email.

Express Mail:

Orders with regular express mail can take anywhere from 5-10 business days after they are shipped. Please consider that we have no influence on postal delays. Customers who selected the "regular express" from $ 7.45 as their shipping method will not receive a tracking number. Therefore, please do not request a tracking number for this method of shipping, thank you. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the postal service. Occasionally, orders shipped via regular express can take up to a week. We ask that you please not contact us about non-receipt of your order until 12 business days have passed. We appreciate your patience.

FedEx:

FedEx Express orders usually arrive the next business day after they are shipped, but depending on your location, it could take 1-2 days. Fedex orders can only be shipped from Monday to Friday. Please consider that FedEx doesn't deliver on Saturday and Sunday. Customers who selected FedEx as their shipping method will receive a tracking no. via email once their order has been processed.

How much does shipping cost?

STANDARD EXPRESS SHIPPING:
Our standard shipping/handling charge is from $ 7.45, which includes regular express (worldwide priority) shipping. Please consider that we don't have any influence on delays ocurring within the postal system.

FEDEX EXPRESS SHIPPING:
We charge from $ 29.95 for FedEx Express shipping.

How will I know when my cash payment order has beed processed?

We will confirm the receipt of your payment via email. Please open a support ticket, if you don't receive this confirmation within the next 7 days. We usually receive the payment 1-8 business days after it has been sent out by our customers. It depends on the payment method (direct wire transfer to Mod-Chip.com, Moneybookers,…)

Yes! We accept cash payments! You will have to open an account at Moneybookers in order to transfer money from your bank account/ credit card to Mod-chip.com. Paypal doesn´t work due to Paypal´s Modchip policy.
