• You can order products displayed on this website on-line or by faxing or posting to us a completed copy of the MOD-CHIP.com order form. Our support will send you the fax number if you wish to place your order via fax.
• If you have placed your order on-line, we will send you an e-mail as soon as possible to confirm that we have received your order.

Payment

• You may also pay by sending cash using the payment gateway (e.g. Moneybookers)

Delivery

• We deliver goods to every country on this planet. (Except Austria, Czech and Germany)
• We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time which we quote for that item, please contact us by email. We will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible.
• You are given the correct instruction on the order page to choose the correct shipping method.

Returns

• We are confident that you will be delighted with your product and our service but if you find it necessary to return an item, we have an efficient process to expedite your return request. Please read our return terms and conditions below:
• You can return any product within 30 days of the invoice purchase date; we do not accept any returns after 30 days - no exceptions.
  Any product returned must be in resalable condition. Products returned to us in not resalable condition will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
• You are responsible for all shipping costs for returned items to us - no exceptions.
• All returned products within the allowed 30 day period due to purchaser error or those deemed by us not to be damaged due to installer negligence are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee; we do not credit any shipping and handling costs. You will be given a choice between store credit or product exchange for all non-defective returned merchandise; we reserve the right to determine whether or not a product is defective. This applies to all sales without exception.
• A RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required; you can request a RMA using our Support Ticket System

 

Pre-Orders

• If you order a product which is on Pre-Order status we will charge your card immediately. Your product will ship as soon as the item is in stock. If you can not agree to that please do not order a product which is on Pre-Order status.
